Peng Lianzhong, alias and ink, was born in June 1956 in Lezhi County, Sichuan. He has been a senior faculty member of the Chinese calligraphy and painting talent research center, a member of the World Association of calligraphers and calligraphers, a member of the Chinese and Korean art expert committee, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association and a national first class book master. In 2004, he went to Yihai Pavilion, Jinghong, Yunnan, to teach calligraphy.

少時(shí)酷愛習(xí)字，曾得本地書法前輩的指導(dǎo)初入書法之門。為求深達(dá)，先后進(jìn)修于上海、貴州藝術(shù)專修學(xué)校及天津茂林書法學(xué)院等，得良師指導(dǎo)，勤習(xí)苦研書藝大進(jìn)。

其書法作品多次參加國內(nèi)外展賽，榮獲精品獎(jiǎng)、二等獎(jiǎng)、國際銀獎(jiǎng)、國際金獎(jiǎng)。部分作品被有關(guān)部門和國內(nèi)外書法愛好者收藏。作品傳略入編《中國古今書畫家福壽作品大典》、《世界當(dāng)代書畫家篆刻家大詞典》、《中國國際書畫家年鑒》、《世界當(dāng)代著名書畫家真跡博覽大典》、《中韓當(dāng)代書畫家大辭典》、《當(dāng)代中國著名書畫篆刻家潤(rùn)格博覽》、《國際現(xiàn)代名家教授大畫冊(cè)》等多部典著。被授予世界書畫藝術(shù)名人、中國國際藝術(shù)名人、國際銀獎(jiǎng)藝術(shù)家、國際金獎(jiǎng)藝術(shù)家、優(yōu)秀園丁、優(yōu)秀輔導(dǎo)教師、優(yōu)秀伯樂獎(jiǎng)、墨彩名師獎(jiǎng)、優(yōu)秀書法教師、中國文藝功勛人物、十八大文藝代表人物等稱號(hào)。
